Why is this important? For your life to be in flux, it's important to recognise that humans are cyclic beings. Our home, planet Earth, goes through 4 to 6 seasons a year. Our Moon goes through 13 cycles, and people with a natural cycle go through about 8 up to 17 menstrual cycles per annum.


And then there are the cycles that happen within one day, too. On Earth, as well as in your body!


Your body heat (fire element) and overall energy will naturally fluctuate depending on where you are in any of these cycles. Hence, you need different things (i.e.: a herb, food, a thought, a breathing exercise) at different times.

Your Mind-Body Type (DOSHA)

A tongue-, pulse-, marma assessment and body reading help discover your current Mind-Body Type and imbalance(s).

Womb Cycle & Moon Cycle

Every Moon & Menstrual Cycle, your body's Fire Element, body heat, fluctuates. This influencing your emotional landscape and nervous system.

The Circadian Rhythm, or Ayurvedic Body Clock

As the day goes by, your energy will naturally fluctuate whilst your body works through a sequence of processes.

A playful, 100% personalised, holistic protocol that consists of herbal medicine, self-care rituals, nutrition idea's for you and your family, breath work, meditation and personally prescribed or DIY bodywork. Everything is always tailored to your Dosha (Mind-Body Type) and family dynamics (as much as I love the ideal, things only function when we keep a healthy relationship with reality, too).


A handmade, personalised, ceremonial-grade herbal blend is available as an add-on for £35.

From Conception through Birth, Ayurveda is here to support you with holistic recipes, movements, journal practices, rituals and bodywork. Every step of the way. My sessions are designed to deliver these to you when you most need them, 1 step at a time.


My aim is to support you with all the good things Earth has to offer, as to bring you Bliss and as much Balance as humanly possible throughout your prenatal journey. Let me know that you're pregnant + how far along you are after scheduling in for the "Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultation" and I will centre the session around your pregnancy.

Ayurveda recognises that the birth process and the mother’s postpartum wellbeing are influenced by the health and happiness of the mother during pregnancy. Suitable for pregnant people in their third trimester, these sessions offer lifestyle consultation and use ayurveda’s ancient wisdom to explore food, body and energetic work, herbal blends, meditation and ritual to craft a self-care routine. They help with prenatal insomnia, anxiety, pregnancy-related bodily discomforts, and prepare the ground for wise choices around birth. This work builds confidence in the body’s ability to carry the mother and their baby safely through the third trimester and birth portal – women are welcome to attend with their partner and/or birth partner/doula.

Prenatal Ayurveda: 4th Trimester Preparation

Prepare for Postpartum Bonding & Healing with Ayurveda

Ayurveda honours birth as one the major transitions of a woman’s life that sets the ground for her inner life – and ability to parent well – for many years to come. It recognises the first 42 days after birth as a sacred time frame where bonding and exceptional care should be prioritised. This special session helps you establish just that. We’ll discuss a gradual, medicinal diet that will help restore and rejuvenate your body tissues, and cover self-administered bodywork to soothe the heightened and sensitised nervous system, nurture the skin, and drain the lymphatic system. You’ll also learn about ayurveda’s tools for postpartum wellness - peri bottles, yoni soaks and belly binding - and personalised herbal blends to support breastfeeding, gut and womb health. For people from around 32 weeks of pregnancy, these treatments welcome partners and establish care of the mother as a concern on a par with that of the baby. They help the mind and body heal from pregnancy and birth at a physical and spiritual level, ground the nervous system and help prevent the baby blues. You’ll get your self-care in place as well as a DIY “birth village” that gives you access to the vital support that can be lacking in modern societies.

A Taster of The Ritual of Ayurveda as offered in my postpartum healing plans (Myrrh, Frankincense and Gold). You will receive a herbalised Abhyanga & Marma massage, after which I will wrap your belly and offer a herbal elixir. You’ll also receive a herbal decoction and myrrh to help heal the perineum.


Appropriate from 7 days after giving birth. Although this Ritual is designed for the Postpartum Birther (the first 42 days and up until 2 years after birth), this treatment is healing for womb-related trauma (physical and emotional), boosts your self-esteem and helps you connect with the Universal Mother energy whenever you feel the need for support.

About Me

Deborah Rose, Muse and Advocate for Holistic Health & Natural Parenting.


Halfway through my previous career as an international fashion model, I found myself in a physical breakdown as a result of a broken relationship between my Mind and Body. When I found Ayurveda (literally OTC in a health cafe - but that's a story for another day!), the protocol I applied brought my period back within just 6 weeks, after having missed it for 18 months! The rest is history. I dipped my toe in many streams, and found an infinite source of inspiration in the teachings of my spiritual guides and teachers below.
